She was 19 years female and had severely lower jaw deviation and anterior crossbite. She felt pain on the right TMJ, locking of jaw open and headache. Taking ＭＲＩ、ＣＴ examinations, reposition of lower jaw was needed to resolve her mandibular deviation. Aplling conventional corticotomy and total treatment time was 18 months, and then she had no pain on TMJ and headache. Her face changed natural and symetrical.
